Spring at Translucent
As the new growth is appearing on the trees and shrubs so Translucent is having a
regrowth as well. From mid September we will close the gallery and coffee area
and focus more on the commission work and classes/workshops. Over the past two
years we have found most of our work has come from the internet and relates to
Leadlight/Mosaic commissions, installation of others works and the ever popular
classes and workshops.
From mid September Translucent is relocating its Leadlight and mosaic
studio/workshop to Blackburn and is continuing classes at two new venues.
The Wednesday class will be held in Blackburn South (email info@translucent-art.com.au) and the Thursday evening class will be held at the Box Hill Community Art Centre (email lizzy.sampson@whitehorse.vic.gov.au).
We at Translucent believe that you should fulfil your dreams and make what you would like as it is our role to guide you. Classes and workshops are suitable for a wide range of age groups from primary school age to the ‘young at heart’! So, come and try something new or re-new your interest in this wonderful and rewarding art form.
